Landscape Study: Victorian Highlands

This landscape presents a challenge to the brief of bushfires as the devestation that is caused by bushfire was witnessed in the Black Saturday fires. Is it plausible that this obstacle can be overcome or is it ultimately the breaking point of the whole concept of this project?
